At 7:40 am, officers responded to a crash at I-240 near mile marker 12. Veh #2 was struck from the rear, and driver #2 Narciso Vargas, 67, was ejected. Vargas was xported critical but later died from his injuries. Driver #1 Kelvin Toney, 38, fled the scene but was later located.
