@teachsci8 A3: I believe 1 way to make technology accessible to community members is having people checkout laptops just as they do books at the library. Schools in my community have done this and it is super beneficial to students. 1 limitation is the access to Wi-Fi in certain communities

@teachsci8 A2: I believe an app that is beneficial for ELL learners is Duo-lingo. It has lots of tools that students can use and is an overall engaging and fun app to use.
