Happy "No Kings Day." Here in Washington State, Bob Ferguson and the Democrats in Olympia have:

✅ Passed a clearly unconstitutional income tax. The WA Constitution and case law explicitly forbid such an income tax, and voters have voted against it 10 times. The passage included more than 100,000 "OPPOSED" sign-ins, the most in Washington legislative history. It passed on party lines, and Dems in charge said they don't really take much stock in sign-ins anyway.

✅ Added an "emergency" clause to this clearly unconstitutional legislation to PREVENT voter repeal referendum.

✅ Appointed new Supreme Court justices who have no experience as a judge, but just happen to have a donation history to the Governor and Democrats

✅ Refused federal inspection of voter registration rolls, even though the Secretary of State has acknowledged that several thousand voters have neither a social security number nor drivers license on file

✅ Refused to state official CO2 levels for more than 3 years, even though the "Climate Commitment Act" legislation requires the Department of Ecology to do so
