I don’t normally do this but the service at @IndiGo6E today was ridiculous. Checked in 6 hrs prior to my flight, but was forced to take another, much later flight from Bom>Goa because my check in did not reflect in their system, AFTER the website said check-in successful
After asking to be put on the next flight at 19:45, I was told I can only be put on the 22:30 flight, because the earlier one was on a different sector. But it’s the same airline!! @IndiGo6E this is unnecessary harassment caused due to a technical error from your website.
