PCOS doesn’t always announce itself with an irregular period. Sometimes, your body gives you other clues.
1. Insulin-related changes: Darkening around the neck, skin tags and weight gain around the midsection can sometimes be seen alongside insulin resistance.
Your feet are the foundation of your movement. 👣
When your arches collapse or your foot rolls excessively inward or outward, it can affect how forces travel through your ankles, knees, and hips.
That’s why proper arch support can matter.
A good orthopedic arch support may help:
• Support the natural arch
• Improve foot stability
• Cushion the heel
• Distribute pressure more evenly
• Reduce strain during walking or standing
• Provide comfort during all-day use
Especially useful for people who experience plantar heel discomfort, overpronation, or foot fatigue.
The goal isn't to “fix” your feet overnight.
It’s about giving them better support while you move.

@PostureUni My friend suddenly started to massage me, and at first, it was painful, bringing tears to my eyes. However, after a while, I went to his room and thanked him.
A simple partner stretch for your back and lower back that you can do together before bed.
Perfect for releasing tension after a long day, sitting at a desk, or training.
Try it slowly, breathe deeply, and never force the stretch.
Comment "Partner" for the next part.
Try it for 30 days - you’ll thank me 🔑

Early 1920s Corrective Exercises
Exercises for round shoulders, forward head, knock knees, weak arches, and more.
If you’re familiar with Joe’s original list of physical needs that his system would address through exercise, you know that these were the issues that he designed his original method to address as well.
Made right around the time he was developing his method, this early 1920’s film even includes corrective exercises that are very similar to what Joe was doing with Contrology.
My favorite is the vintage 2x4 in the classroom!
If only that were still a school activity today!

Your knees may not be the problem.
Watch the foot.🦶
When the foot loses a stable connection with the ground, the knee can become part of the compensation.
Look at the sequence:
Foot → ankle → knee → hip
A change at the bottom can influence what happens above it.
But here's the part people often miss:
Don't immediately try to “fix” the knee.
First ask:
• Is the foot maintaining a stable tripod?
• Is the big toe staying connected to the ground?
• Is the ankle able to move without the foot collapsing? • Can the knee track over the foot while you squat?
The knee doesn't exist in isolation.
Sometimes the better question isn't “What's wrong with my knee?”
It's:
“What is my knee being asked to compensate for?”
