A lot of youth/HS sport parents wish their kids would work with a mental performance coach or wish they had the time. Now that problem can be solved. This app helps guide young athletes in the right direction.

I know you said blind resume, I have always submitted more documents either via email or online in the portal. Wouldn't most candidates include a portfolio highlighting those questions that they asked?
Conducted a blind resume contest the other night. Sent candidates background of 6 individuals to 20 people.
Told them to act as if they were the athletic director at a small institution.
Interesting to hear feedback.
Most people had more questions.
Whatโs their leadership style?
Howโd they recruit and retain?
Whatโs their fundraising experience?
Whatโs their personality?
Sometimes we complicate it more than needed.
Yes, there are always other factors that are going to be important. Interviews matter.
But, take a step back. Before making emotional decisions and getting too complicated.
Who would we choose based off of what they have done so far in their career?
