@TrungTPhan Or register your own .cv domain instead. Something like https://t.co/FwUkAbFWLE. Which you can do at https://t.co/6DEgxsbfsd
People are using them to personally brand their domain for their curriculum vitae/resume. Also https://t.co/RIzoE5IKTw, https://t.co/SDCkld72R0, etc.
@WallStreetApes Psst. You get to choose what state you live in.
I personally prefer to avoid high property tax states, I can certainly understand Florida, with high property tax, but no income tax. But places like New York, and Illinois, with high property tax and high income tax? Why?!?
@exec_sum I dove into $WEN a few months back, and I gotta admit, it was pretty bleak, sure made me steer far clear of investing in them. Plus, have you eaten there recently? Quality has degraded badly.
@abc4utah Utah county too. My property, recreational property, including trailers, shed, 4 wheelers, etc, is close to pinyon peak, and it is in Utah county (barely). It appears to have been completely destroyed, along with all my neighbors properties as well.
@mtracey If anything, human trafficking (not necessarily sex trafficking) is under reported. The Salvation Army runs a massive human trafficking network disguised as a "drug rehab".
Nearly every juvenile "drug rehab" is an abusive human trafficking organization: https://t.co/xDM33t120G
@robbystarbuck Not only that, but we know damn well that our Soccer players are our 4th or 5th tier athletes VS the best athletes for nearly every other country, and we still expect to win.
Ding ding ding.
I know, because this is me. You would never, ever, know it if you saw me, by design., but I retired over a decade ago, when I was in my early 30's.
I warned every person I ever gave a raise to about lifestyle inflation (100s). No one, not one, listened.
@nickroberts317 Wow, good thing that map has got the empty parts of northern Nevada covered. There is a real urgent need for high speed rail to all those abandoned old-timey mines and ghost towns.

@WallStreetApes Bought by Flowers Foods, which is literally driving themselves into the ground. Proposing to sell off brands in order to keep paying a dividend. Literally entering into a death spiral.
Old school conglomerates buy brands to try to stay relevant, then destroy them.
@WallStreetMav If you are still working Florida makes sense, with zero income tax. Once you are retired, it makes no sense. The property tax, which is outrageous, because of no income tax, will bleed you dry. And retired you have no income, so no income tax.
Choose appropriately, retire.
@WallStreetMav This has been obvious for over a decade, at least. Don't choose Florida, with outrageous property tax, but choose Gulf Coast Mississippi or Alabama, with much lower property tax, and after retirement, no income tax either, just like Florida, but without the crazy property taxes.
