Possibilities :
1) brain injury. Kacau gag reflex, bila minum air masuk paru2 bukan usus. Tersedak/lemas (asphyxia), boleh mati.

2) abdominal injury. Perut pecah/usus bocor/major artery pecah. Bila minum, air bocor ke ruang abdomen (peritonel cavity). Situasi jadi complicated.
