At Manchester United, he became the coach who protected me.

At Roma, he felt more like family and he became my biggest fan.

People like to portray José as the villain, but I don't see him that way. He is honest. If you're good, he'll tell you. If you're bad, he'll tell you. Sometimes you don't like hearing it, but you always know where you stand.

That's why I respect him.
