@delhivery my courier via awb no. 2827787008761 from delhi to blr was picked today at 1:35pm and at 1:37 pm got a message that return initiated. When i check app, i see it is in faridabad. There is no way to contact customer care or any one to help. Do something. @surajsaharan

@airindia your staff need to understand how use status board. Please train them. Travelling on AI2970 today, i was in lounge at mumbai airport constantly looking at status, the status moved on “on time” to “Final Call”. Then your staff threats that they will delete my name.
Fraud by @airvistara , my boarding happened at 12:20am they have mention one hour prior. Forget the 6+ hour delay, No ethics whatsoever. Look at the time in the picture, boarding is not completed yet. @MoCA_GoI and @DGCAIndia, please take strict action for the delay and ethics.
