The tracking always links to UPS, and I NEVER receive any calls or emails that they have trouble delivering my order.

@LancomeUSA representative told me that was nothing they could do. I had to wait until Deliver-it returned the package to them and then got the refund. The status on Deliver-it site is "returned"
