@metrotrains completely unacceptable - 4.08 from Spencer Street leaves Spencer Street as a Frankston service. Train gets stuck on bridge, delayed, arrives as platform 10 at 4.18 and turns into Williamstown train as the actual Frankston service leaves from platform 8 at 4.19
