Honestamente, o governo precisa achar outro jeito de verificar a idade das pessoas em sites. Eu não tô nem um pouco de boa em mandar foto dos meus DOCUMENTOS pra sites aleatórios
Friendly reminder that once you advocate for censorship they won’t be wiping out just the “problematic media” that you’re uncomfortable with, but also the problematic media that you love.
Yes that includes boss/worker, brother/sister, doctor/patient, criminal/police, professor/student—Even if it’s sfw.
Someday this will be LADS cause all of you are dumbasses if you think your li will be safe lol
In the Japanese creative world—from Manga to Visual-kei—there is a fundamental, collective understanding: "Fiction is fiction."
Recently, I learned about the term "Proshipper." In Japan, we’ve never needed such labels because the boundary between fantasy and reality is our natural starting point, not a political stance.
To clarify my position: I am not a "hardcore otaku." I am a straight person. However, through friends who loved CLAMP, I learned to appreciate their art and history. They were pioneers of the 80s doujinshi scene, exploring themes that were absolute taboos back then. Their work is beautiful, and I respect that creative sanctuary.
Historically, genres like BL or GL were never meant to be "socially accepted." Fans of those genres enjoyed them in the shadows, strictly respecting the boundary between a "story" and real life. It was a shared cultural manner in Japan.
For me, "fiction is fiction" and "reality is reality." In the real world, I respect everyone’s lifestyle and have no prejudice against any couple I see on the street. Accepting a taboo in art does not mean endorsing it in reality.
If you cannot engage with a work as a complete fantasy, then it is simply not for you. Please respect our cultural sanctuary. 🌸✨

“what’s the point of dark/depressing/disgusting media if it makes people uncomfortable?”
the discomfort is the point. it makes us sit with our emotions and in doing so uncover more facets of the human experience. for many who have gone through “dark/depressing/disgusting”
