@nob12deficiency @NikkiMK hi! Thanks for reaching out. I got tested again later and my b12 was a bit low but still in “normal” range, however my B6 was low, and my VITAMIN D, and ferritin were severely deficient. vitamin D deficiency shares symptoms with B12 it seems and is undertested

i did end up losing my beloved manager job at the dog kennel because of my physical health issues…i got bit by frenchie and they gave me a small work leave to move and then said Btw we don’t need an office manager anymore only kennel techs. and i can’t work the dogs anymore 😢

basically then i 90% chance have long covid, which i probably do, from back when i got very ill in late feb 2020 with the lung sickness that messed up my heart. except my ECG & heart monitor came back only with early heartbeats and inappropriate sinus tachycardia, no tilt test

i miss my brother who no longer is alive and i miss my capable body i even lost weight and i miss being able to smoke weed or drink or anything but my heart literally freaks out because my brain and autonomic nervous system cant function properly together i miss working the dogs

i think the worst part of it all is that i did it i got sober i got my depression under control i got my adhd treated i got my anxiety semi-managed i no longer qualify for BPD...all of which led me to be a manager...and now my body gives up on me

yearly update hmm well i have orthostatic hypotension apparently caused by Unknown and ive been sober for like 2 years (sorry 4 every1 who knew me b4) and my various nerve pain issues make me not draw so i play league and cry about how my job makesme hurt but i love it too much
