he can still be a loser btw, that's part of his appeal. he's an arrogant professional racer (and thief) who loves to trash talk and has the skills to back it up, but gets beat by sonic, a total newbie. he has a bad-boy image but is also kind of a dork

he's obviously not on the level of sonic, shadow, blaze, etc in terms of power but he is speed wise; i think it's only fair he is regarded the same as shadow is since it's canon shadow's speed is possible through his shoes (by channeling chaos energy) which are also extreme gear
