@OctopusEnergy I have had a call open with customer services since April this year. It has been an ongoing back and forth that I've had to continually chasing on. Frustrated is putting it mildly.
@BabylonUprising@g When will we get to find out what the code was? Can see a phone number amidst the text and vids, well, two phone numbers as the text descriptions and videos don't match up exactly. But otherwise stumped so dying to know what we've missed!

...as I knew I wasn't going to make it, but they now need to see the unused tickets- which is difficult as they no longer show a barcode when I log in to Ticketmaster - are you able to help push this claim along? I'm beginning to think the event insurance was a complete waste...
@AberdeenCC I'm awaiting for my new garden waste permit - given the strikes occurred whilst people's garden waste permits were still valid, will anything containing garden waste still be picked up?
@SamsungUK That's part of the many problems I've been having with your websites recently. Yes, there is a link, but it takes me to an error page. I ended up having to get the return slip emailed to me, then drive to the office to print it!

return. I contacted your support team via the chat and was directed to email [email protected] to discuss, which I have done. Yet I've not heard a peep back from them and the device is due back on 21st or I will be charged.URL for new return kit is useless (errors)
@SamsungUK Really need to do something about the "support" from your website - I've been in touch with them a number of times in the past week or two and so far NONE of them look to have even been progressed. Lot's of "you don't need to worry" and "someone will be in touch"
@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, we've been getting woeful internet speeds on our 4G router and phones here in AB22 for about 4 days, from the network status checker it looks like there's some work being done on a nearby mast - any ETA on when that will be resolved?

@recordstore - I pre-ordered Don Lett's Late Night Tales back in August and, while it's showing as "in stock" on your website, I haven't had any word on when the item will be shipped. Any clues? (I'm assuming it can't be a "supplier issue" when you've got it marked as in stock?
