If you're a Junior UI UX Designer, my advice to you are

- Start applying for Jobs. Don't wait till you feel confident about your designs

- Start putting your designs out on social media (LinkedIn and Twitter). Don't wait till you feel confident also

- Learn everyday. Learn. Learn. Learn. And put yourself out there. Stop feeling like you are not good enough. The world is about execution. Not about people who are good enough.

- Block the noise and opinions that make you walk on egg shells to the point where you hide your design. Put your designs out there. Put your designs out there and apply to any opportunity you see. Apply. Apply. Apply. Apply.

You don't have to be good enough in your head. You don't have to be.

What matters most is that you are learning, improving, executing and not burying your craft.
