I ordered two items and both came incorrect/incomplete.

1️⃣ MAX Floral Set – Received only the shirt, trousers missing. Pickup partner refuses return saying he “can’t take incomplete orders.”

I’ve been calling customer care for 1 month, repeating the same issue. They promise pickup every time but 3 times the pickup guy came and didn’t take the return.
No resolution. Completely frustrating and unacceptable. 🙄

@toothsialigners Have been trying to connect @toothsialigners from last two months yet no resolution, they just say that our team/doctors will be connecting with you and you just wait for ages, very much disappointed.

@toothsialigners super sweet while onboarding, but once treatment’s over you vanish. Raised multiple requests, NO response. Pathetic service. Is this how you treat customers after taking their money? 👎

@toothsialigners The worst of all @toothsialigners don’t go by their marketing, all sweet and available at the start and they forget you once you pay, also you get free attachments for life because they don’t bother to get it removed, also waste of money, not such great results, go for braces.

Hey @Decathlon , I’m facing the worst service experience. My pickup keeps getting rescheduled, but the person cancels it every day from their side. I can’t reach your customer care either. I have all the recordings and conversations — please help me resolve this ASAP!

@MEABharat @passportsevamea @MEAIndia Passport office Jhumri Telaiya, Jharkhand was supposed to open at 10 AM. It’s 10:30 and no one’s here.They ask us to come 15 mins early I’ve been waiting since 9:45 for my 10:15 slot. If we’re late by even a minute, they make us reschedule.

Either refund or I’ll have no choice bt close my A/C.
Every month approx 2000 are debited. Why looting people @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport
Also no support from the executives.
Last option is to switch to other bank.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport worst bank ever,been deducting charges without explanation,attached SS for last 180 days. If this isn’t resolved,will close my account,switch to @HDFC_Bank,their services are far better n they don’t impose unjust charges. @HDFCBank_Cares
