Another amazing and massive shout out is to the team @CanoeKayakStore They have helped with the kayaking side beyond anything. Def worth a visit and they cater from newbies to old hands, playboats to Canadian canoes.

Evening all.. it's been a long day. Finally getting to bed after a cycle from Inverness to fort William.. Which they smashed followed by a climb up Ben Nevis and are totally shattered. So proud of them all today Time for bed as a cycle and paddle tomorrow 😁 good night xx

Great start to #pedalpaddlepeak challenge. 123 miles covered in just over 8hrs, a 13% hill, hair pin turns and 4 people who smashed it. We've meet Andy Myers, a lovely lady in Golspie who donated £20, Vik has been a star all day in support with me.
