He raped a woman so brutally she was described as “the most battered woman” a doctor had seen and had to have her tampon removed by the doctor

@UrBlackSavior @albnester just because the prosecution and investigators couldn’t hold a criminal trial doesn’t mean he was innocent. he was still found civilly liable for her assault and his appeal was even dismissed because HE RAPED NIKITA HANDS

@DemonKid1126693 @albnester he was never found innocent. there was not enough concrete evidence to hold a criminal trial and prove beyond reasonable doubt that he did in fact assault her but there was enough evidence to hold him civilly liable for assault meaning he did in fact rape that woman.
