@Briankariu @mya_254 Thaks for your post. I can relate. I would go further and say if one cannot use the water for brushing teeth do not use it for drinking and or cooking. Just buy bottled purified water from a legit source for these purposes. If not fluorosis , then chalky teeth.

@owuofestus1 Pls fact check. As a graduate of the late 1980s, there were loans given to University students. HELB may have taken over as the statautory authority but there were loans made by the government in those days. So there was still a HELB equivalent even before.
