@united Trying to get (promised) compensation for hotel after flight cancelled. Have tried many avenues but to no avail. People in my flight were given vouchers but I was told I could go to other hotel and submit expenses. Tried to do so but the flight not listed. Email/no respo

@united I don’t want a refund of travel. I’m asking for what your customer service desk assured me was forthcoming. They gave vouchers to people on my flight for food and hotel. They instructed me I could go to a hotel, keep the receipt and submit. Told not problem. Now problem?????

@united THIS WAS NOT WEATHER! pilots did not arrive and they could not locate

@united This was not weather. We sat on tarmac for an hour while they looked for pilots. Why did they provide hotel vouchers for those in my flight and tell me at customer service desk I could go to hotel and submit. I had pet with me and had to find hotel

@AmericanAir The flight from Atlanta to Dallas sat on tarmac for almost 3 hours because of overfilled fuel. They announced it. Caused me to miss next flight. Over 3 hours late to my final destination

@AmericanAir Delay Was announced by the pilot and he described in detail that this was a new plane and that they had overfilled it and we’re having trouble determining how to take the fuel off. So I’m not sure how that falls under air traffic control or weather
