@NewsCentralCNN Your feed is down on Verizon FIOS set top box, the FIOS TV app and SiriusXM app! It’s working on the CNN app. It melted down during Jeff Zelany’s report at about 10:30am. All other channels work. It’s just CNN.

@CNN SINCE 5/24/23 Verizon’s FIOS TV app cuts off CNN 15-30 sec before the commercials, shows a Verizon “We will be back shortly” message then a brief green screen and finally the ads. I have begged them to fix it to no avail. FCC report hasn’t helped. Do you know? Care?

@VerizonSupport 5/24/23 8-9:30am EDT CNN on FIOS TV app 100 & 600 is not working right. About 5 sec before going to commercial, the VZ “Be back shortly” screen appears, cutting off CNN. A few sec later, there is a green screen for a couple seconds, then the commercials start.
