Karl-Anthony Towns:
"I just felt a calm and a peace that had to come from the woman above ... I felt like I was a kid getting ready to go play my Saturday AAU games and Sunday AAU games. In a way, I felt like I was seeing [my mom] in the stands."
We hereby offer Mr. Wembanyama tickets to our Sunday, June 7 screening of Bernardo Bertolucci's stunning five-and-a-half hour epic 1900 when he is in the city later this week on a work-related trip...
I'm pleased to invite @Wemby to our second Commission on Government Efficiency hearing on Wednesday June 10th 5-8pm, where we'll be asking the public for their thoughts on how government can run better. Would love to have you there for the whole time!

Just talked with several fans in RF who saw what happened.

The fan was kicked out.
While MAGA chuds talk about how “washed up” the artists that cancelled are, just remember that’s who they booked. That’s who they asked to play. And it’s telling that they can hardly find a decent lineup of musicians willing to celebrate America’s 250th in the way this authoritarian dogshit corrupt administration wants to celebrate it.
