feel like i should feel some sort of elevation of mood at the prospect of reopening and seeing friends again, but instead i'm just spiralling. upping my meds, emailed my therapist. nothing ever stays normal or manageable. maybe i need to accept that i'll just always need help

Minnan-Wong just said water or washrooms shouldn't be made available bc "we should encourage encampments to leave." I don't live in encampmentx & i need washrooms & water when i'm out. So does my friend who commutes to work or my friends who take their kids to the park. Foolish.
