@ODEONCinemas we didn’t have a good experience at Odeon Luxe Lee Valley tonight. The cinema was way too hot as the ac wasn’t working. We were not even informed about it before we entered the cinema-hall. I reported it within a few min of the movie starting!!

@AmexUK Very disappointed by Amex response to a claim. Merchant took £99 for a subscription which I challenged but Amex were not able to handle the claim and finally gave in to Merchant demands. Won’t be recommending to anyone.

£99 in case the issue is not with the shower. This is very unfair on me as a customer as I am not a plumber to know the issue. I am not comfortable paying any money when the shower, under warranty, is not working. Please let me know how to escalate it. Thanks.

@TritonShowers Hi, I have a Triton shower since Aug-24, which is under warranty. However since last few weeks, it is behaving erratically and the water shifts from hot to cold every minute. I raised a query to the customer services team but they want me to confirm that I will pay

@UberEats Now, there was no option on the app to change my delivery address, even it was only 2 min that I placed my order. I tried to cancel, but the app calculated that I would lose £25 for cancelling, out of the total £26 worth of order. This is ridiculous!!

@UberEats Ordered food tonight and realised within a minute that I wasn’t asked about delivery address. Upon checking the details, it appeared that the app automatically selected the last delivery address as default address, which was wrong.
