As we celebrated Americaโs 250th anniversary last weekend, I hope we all remembered that our freedom was made possible by the brave men and women who have served this nation.
I was honored to spend time with these World War II heroes before the festivities. They truly are the Greatest Generation, and we owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid.
Checking out one of the best teams in baseball: your Miami Marlins. Led by All-Star Otto Lopez, the leading hitter in MLB, the Fish open up a home stand tonight against Seattle. Miami with a 49-42 record and currently holding the final Wild Card spot in the NL.
Javier Sanoja, Otto Lopez and Clayton McCullough are all here at the Global Empowerment Mission Headquarters in Doral helping with donating food, water etc. to help those in Venezuela.

It was honor to root for a team that unapologetically gave glory, honor, & praise to Jesus Christ throughout the World Cup, in victory & defeat.
God bless the United States Menโs National Team ๐บ๐ธ๐๐ผ
Sure, we lost to Belgium tonight. That was a bummer.
But this moment made me proud.๐ซถ๐ป
Win or lose, these men gathered together as one team and bowed their heads in prayer. That's something bigger than soccer. That's a freedom so many countries donโt have, including some countries who were represented in the World Cup. May it be a freedom we never take forgranted in America.
No scoreboard can measure the value of a team that isn't afraid to acknowledge God before the world. ๐๐ป
Sports are temporary. Nations rise and fall. But our hope has never been in a trophy. It's always been in the Lord. ๐๐ป
God bless Team USA, and God bless America. ๐บ๐ธ

They left home as boys 8 decades ago to go out and save the world. Last night they sat at the WWII Memorial together and celebrated their country's 250th. Still heroic.
