There used to be some good classes on trial design on Coursera. If they’re still up you could educate yourself.

@tomorgel @DrJenGunter Agree on LotR. There are some parts that are amazing and show a really deep understanding of the consequences of seeing terrible stuff.
But then there 10 pages of descriptions of places we never go and it’s just uuugh.
