Merrickville

Welcome to Merrickville, every afternoon on Triple M Merrick Watts puts the spotlight on everything that's great (and not so great) about Sydney.

[Jason Alfeo @JasonAlfeo]

Only on @MerrickvilleFM with @MerrickWatts would there be a tearful farewell from Mez followed by cutting straight to a sperm donation ad. Going to miss the comic relief on the drive home 😩

[Leon Sjogren @Leonsjogren]

Big congrats to the great man @MerrickWatts for finishing up on Triple M after 20 years of radio. It was a pleasure fielding numerous complaints and putting up with your shit the past few years. 📻👍🏼

[navalou @navalou]

@MerrickvilleFM well done merrick... will definitely miss you on my drive home...Thank you for keeping me company... all the best for the future 🥂

[Lachlan Burke @OctopusMayhem]

@MerrickWatts @MerrickvilleFM thanks for everything. Not just the laughs but also for highlighting serious issues that needed to be discussed such as domestic violence, mental illness and the damn bin chicken plague.

Today is the last @MerrickvilleFM! Booo! I’ve spent many, many, many years listening to you acting like a fool on the air @MerrickWatts. True champion of radio and will be very missed.

Have the best last day mate.

[Abe L @abelgold]

@MerrickWatts @MerrickvilleFM Mez, I podcast your show everyday and everyday you help me endure the ball-ache that is Sydney traffic. Thanks to you and your mates for keeping us listeners entertained every day. Would love a beer with you and Moony, you loose units.

[Rove McManus @Rove]
