@MPGomatic I went to Penske Chevrolet a few weeks ago with an appointment on a Sat. I had my kids with me. They said it would be multiple days because their techs had to leave for the weekend. I said why could I make an appointment if there wasn't time for someone to work??

I worked for GM for so many years on electrification. It has been 15+ years! The service experience is still so disappointing. How many EVs is GM trying to sell now?

I just can't do another GM vehicle. @chevrolet @WinChevrolet you have to do better. Said from my Lyft ride home where at least I have another car, so I can still get my daughter to her orthodontist appointment today.

Dropping my Volt off at the dealership to address a service bulletin. I am told they only have two techs authorized to work on my car, so it could take 2 days!! 2 days for a software update. That is outrageous!
