Today Rob Thomson was found NOT GUILTY of 19 counts of violating a harassment prevention order, 2 counts of criminal harassment and 1 count of witness intimidation.

He was found guilty of one count of violating a harassment prevention order (docket #2654CR599, 4/4/26: the Blooomingdales post attached). Rob will pay a $50 fee and be on probation for two years.

Tim Bradl and Courtney Healy were relentless, not just in their fight for Rob but in their protection of the first amendment for all of us. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to witness it (especially in a courtroom intent on limiting the public’s access) so I want to be clear that what I’m about to say next in no way diminishes their work...

I’m having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that Rob was forced to go through this at all. That for five years leading up to the 2022 trial, the NCDAO told Rob he couldn’t speak publicly about his story. That the MSP and NCDAO were unable or unwilling to present the case that Eddie, Rob and the entire Thomson family deserved. That it was not even a year after that trial that the family who had already taken so much from him went after Rob for hanging paper flyers. That when they were unsuccessful, local law enforcement helped to silence him once again.

Today was ultimately a win, but God save us from the Commonwealth.

Good for him. Regardless of why she killed her kids. We can’t live safely in a society where you can kill people and be celebrated and not punished. I’m sure all murderers have some sort of mental illness. In a liberal state like Massachusetts we can’t start a precedent where your acquitted for atrocious crimes for mental health issues. The progressive lunatic judges and mostly liberal juries will be letting all the crazies free. In a matter of years it will be the norm.
