4 apps live on the App Store. One person. Claude writes the code, makes the videos, I share.
For the next 30 days I'm sharing everything: downloads, spend, what worked, what flopped for FitVibe and Pali.
Day 1 numbers below 👇
Follow along if you build apps too
Went to the Grok Bot meetup in Ankara. Walked out with a month of credits.
So my content team is now two AIs:
Claude edits my videos.
Grok finds what’s trending, since it sees X live.
The prompt I used:
“What did indie devs and people building apps with AI engage with most on X in the last 7 days? Give me 3 short video ideas from it.”
30 AI UGC clips in one evening for my 4 apps, ~220 credits total @higgsfield
→ Claude analyzed competitors’ Meta ads and wrote the scripts
→ Higgsfield (Soul V2) for characters, 0.12 credits each
→ Hailuo for photo → video: ~1 min vs Kling’s 40-min queue
Your app is good. Your screenshots are good. Even your ASO isn't bad.
Some days you still get 0 downloads.
I know this because some days I get 0 downloads too..
With this mindset, as a starter for Pali and FitVibe, I'm bringing users in myself now. First experiment: AI-generated UGCs. 👇 Will publish them tomorrow.
I haven't written a line of code in a long time.
Claude writes it. Reviews it. Runs the tests. Opens the PR. Merges it.
It even edited my first video.
So I finally admitted it: my job isn't writing code anymore.
It's growing my apps.
Asked ChatGPT: "What's the best app to organize my closet and suggest outfits?"
Top 4: Whering, Acloset, Indyx, Cladwell.
Ours (Fitvibe) wasn't one of them.
I have 4 apps live and no idea how often AI recommends any of them. So I'm building a tool to find out 🧵
AppCited asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions your users would ask, every week. Then it tells you how often you show up and what to change connecting ASO with GEO.
I canceled my Claude subscription!!!
Altough, a few months ago I upgraded to Claude’s 5x Max plan. For a while earlier, I bounced between Cursor and Claude. But the models kept improving so fast and the results were so good that I ended up moving all my work to Claude.
