Hello @MyForexFunds , we’re very happy to see you back.
We have a few important questions that I believe everyone here would like to have clarified:
Will the accounts that have already been paid for be deleted?
Will the fees we paid for the accounts we purchased be reimbursed? If not, will those accounts be restored and returned to us?
For accounts that are currently in profit, will you only pay out the profits/balance, or will you also reimburse the original account fees?
Also, for those who do not remember or know their account usernames, will you be sending an email with their account details?
These are questions that I believe everyone here has in mind, so we would really appreciate some clarification.
Thank you.
@MyForexFunds If you have the data, please send the usernames of my active accounts to my email address so I can create a form for you. I had 2 funded accounts; one was suspended/breached due to the daily limit, but the other one was in profit. I also had one $100,000 in Ph 2 @MyForexFunds
@MyForexFunds I sent these files because I was able to recover one of my old accounts. However, this was not the account that was awaiting payout. I couldn’t remember the login details of that account, so my request was rejected. My email address is correct. Could you please review this again?
@MyForexFunds Hi @MyForexFunds , thanks for your reply. I sent many emails but got no response. My email is correct, but I can’t find the login details for the old account that holds my balance. I submitted the form using another old account, but it was rejected. I’d really appreciate your hlp
@Akinswaggs@MyForexFunds No, my friend, it’s been a long time since my email address was removed. They don’t send me any new emails regarding my account numbers anymore. Yet they’re asking about an account from years ago, which I’ve completely forgotten about.
have an account with remaining equity, but I do not know my fund number. I have sent several emails regarding this issue, but I have received no response. Please demonstrate your transparency in this matter and help users who do not know their fund numbers. @MyForexFunds

@Jongruck14@MyForexFunds It will probably be rejected. I had two accounts, one active and one inactive, but they rejected the one I didn’t have access to simply because I knew its account number. They didn’t even look into the other account.
MFF claims to have our data, yet asks users for account IDs they can’t access and refuses to pay those who don’t know them. If you have the data, pay us. If you don’t, why are you lying? @MyForexFunds
We’ve been waiting for years. We have funded accounts whose IDs we don’t know. If you have our data, use the information we provided and pay us. You can’t ignore users who don’t know their account IDs. This is absurd. @MyForexFunds
MFF demands IDs from Meta accounts closed for 3 years, even though we can’t access the site. They refuse to pay verified users who don’t know their IDs. They claim to have our data. MFF will answer to the CFTC again.@MyForexFunds

Absolute disgrace. I had 2 funded accounts. One was frozen by the daily loss limit, while the other was still profitable. They never returned the frozen account and closed my claim without explanation. Fraud. @MyForexFunds
@jaredsinclair91@MyForexFunds At first, I still had hope. I even wanted them to come back because they were my first prop firm. But after everything they put us through, it's unbelievable that they're still dragging us along. @MyForexFunds
@jaredsinclair91@MyForexFunds I've been waiting for a month since completing KYC, just for them to match the two addresses on my utility bill. It's honestly unbelievable how comfortable they are taking this long over something so simple. @MyForexFunds
@jaredsinclair91@MyForexFunds Don't worry, mate. Even if you move to the next stage, it'll probably take at least another month. All they do is keep people waiting and drag things out. @MyForexFunds
