It was a long time ago when I stopped using mindful chef and it wasn't because I didn't like it, our circumstances changed with a new baby and it was easier to cook.

So I was trying to remember and gather my sentences when this person said "it's not a good lie I will you call you back later" and shut the phone. I don't have to tell you how bad the company look.

The first baby was just born in a bomb shelter.

@RevolutApp We would like to submit a complaint as it was obvious there was no intention to help us but instead my mum was treated like a criminal. But we can’t do it through your chat app as it’s again at a pending state and doesn’t let me.

@RevolutApp it’s been 10days since you blocked my mum’s account asking her to prove source of income. The docs we’ve submitted are not even in review process yet. No response for days on your “support” chat. Maybe help rather than blocking an old ladies source of money?

@RevolutApp The agent Paul K that was supposed to help us did not answer half our questions and keep asking documents from us that doesn’t apply to our gift situation to unlock the account. Then he very rudely exit the chat without our situation was resolved.
