Promised reimbursement over the phone.
Denied reimbursement at the airport.
A customer service call that solved nothing.

@AmericanAir They just called me and stated that they couldn’t do anything because the cancellation was weather-related. I pointed out that other airlines were operating flights to the same destination at the same time, but they simply dismissed that fact and offered no resolution whatsoever
