@usbank I have been with thus bank for year today I spoke to a supervisor who was ride talked over me when I needed help from them. I’ve had more problems with this bank in the last 2 years than I’ve had in years. I do not recommend this bank at all anymore.

Today is our first Easter without my brother. I guess holidays are so hard without someone we were so close to and love so much.
We just lost him on 2/5/19 and it’s hard on my family. So today is a day to celebrate but it’s hard without him.

She said they don’t have one I don’t know about other people but everywhere I have worked there is always a person of authority. Then I was angry she actually said I’m putting you on hold until you calm down. I didn’t swear I just wanted to speak to someone in authority
