@ViCustomerCare while taking replacement of my fathers lost sim, the operator at vi store took multiple times pic of aadhar card n my father, i m suspecting the operator has issued another sim on my fathers aadhar number. This happened in the mapusa goa vi store. Kindly look asap

@ViCustomerCare i had gone to vi store in mapusa goa for sim exchange today at around 1:45pm.
I was charged rs 100 for sim exchange. Is it a valid charge for sim exchange?

@ViCustomerCare Take strict action against this kind of fraud which vi stores do. I had asked if there was an option to pay online, the lady said no and i paid 100 rupees cash as i was in hurry. So much for the digital india initiative.@ViCustomerCare

@JioCare @JioCare my issue was resolved today. But i had to purchase another subscription of hotstar just to watch india's cricket match, u resolved my issue after the match ended. such an annoying experience of paying money for 1year recharge and still not getting wats mentioned in plan

@JioCare i recharged with 2599 for hotstar plan. i m not able to use hotstar with jio number.
