@Uber_Support@Uber Is this how you respond to a female’s complaint when reported about explicit and abusive language being used by the driver only because she cancelled the ride after waiting for 15 minutes as the driver was not able to figure out your location?
Even after the ride was cancelled, the driver came into that location n kept staring at me before he came into front of me n started abusing. And yet Uber has the audacity to just respond you with only kind words. Such responses is not going to ease or make the situation better.
@PratapSarnaik @rapidobikeapp If you want to ban these bike taxis, ask your auto drivers to not deny you for any rides. I stay 1.5 kms away from my office and no auto is willing to take you.
@Olacabs@ola_supports I took this cab on 9th oct, the ride has till date not ended. Driver took 650rs but my fare shown is 500rs but I can't check as the ride has not ended. Tried raising concern but you don't even have this option on the app. What is this?
