Stats after two weeks of video posts:
- 283k video views
- 5.3k shares (1.9% share rate)
- 14.8% engagement rate (3-4x platform median)

Follower growth is a modest 1.4k. LIVEs should massively improve follow conversion.

All of this with minimal effort required to source the clips. Light editing still needed, but that can be automated soon.

A few more weeks of data and we'll know where to focus next.
