ሀገርን የማስተዳደር ስልጣን መንግስት የሚያገኘው ለተወሰነች ጊዜ በሚሰጠው የስራ ዘመን ነው። ሀገርን የማስተዳደር ስልጣን እና ተግባራት በዋናነት የህዝብ ነው። ህዝብ ደግሞ ተቋማቶቹን ይጠቀማል።

ይህን የስልጣን ምንጭ መሠረታዊ ጉዳይ ያልተረዳ መሪ የህዝብን መብት እንዳረገጠ፤ እንዲሁም ይህን ያልተረዳ ህዝብ መብቱ እንደተረገጠ ይኖራል። ህዝባችን በእውቀት ማነስ መብቱን ባለማወቁ የመከራ ዘመኑን እየገፋ ነው።

We don’t see #Gurage, #Amhara, #Wolaita, #Afar, #Ethiopians, So where are 60 percent of Ethiopian women that are mixed from more than one ethnicity and wanted not to be associated with any one ethnic group but need to be called Ethiopian women! Need clarification
