Kangan Cloudburst: Army launches operations to Aid affected Communities
Wussan Battalion of Indian Army launched extensive Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations to aid the affected communities in the affected village. Army assisted in clearing the NH 1 which had multiple blockages due to the cloudburst with the help of the JKP, CRPF and Civil administration. Khairiyat Patrols have been sent to affected areas of the region to provide Humanitarian assistance. Drone search operations on the damaged property and rescue operations are going on in several parts of the affected area.
