@AirIndiaX Operational issues are understandable, not communicating/empathising with customer for the pain they're going through (connecting flights / trains, etc) - that I don't get!! Hollow/incorrect updates, even worse.
@AirIndiaX, You should do a masterclass on customer service! Air Asia I5-1455 BLR to BBI delayed by 4+ hours - no refreshment, no communication, nothing! On rare occasion a staff member appears, reassurance that all will be sorted in the next 10 mins! When do the 10 mins finish?
