As a court reporter in Pakistan for about 30 years now I can only say that the judiciary should at least fix appeals of former prime minister for an early decision, whatever this may be. It seems that the judges are afraid of giving a final judgement on his cases because they know what we all know- he has been a victim of unfair trial in almost every case and conviction.

My father, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has now spent over 700 days in prison - held in solitary confinement. He is denied access to his lawyers, not allowed visits from his family, fully cut off from us (his children), and even his personal doctor is refused entry. This is not justice. It is a deliberate attempt to isolate and break a man who stood for rule of law, democracy, and Pakistan.

“Pakistan does not have a hybrid system, rather a brutal martial law: a complete dictatorship. A clear manifestation of this was President Trump choosing to meet Asim Munir instead of Shehbaz Sharif or Zardari because he knows that Asim Munir holds all the power. Prior to approving the budget, Ali Amin and the KP government should have approached the Supreme Court and stated unequivocally that the party leading the province is headed by Imran Khan, and it is from him that guidance on budgetary matters must be sought, without which even the IMF will not accept the budget.

I issue a clear directive once again: the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must petition the Supreme Court. This budget is not final. My designated consultative team must meet with me, and the budget should only be passed after incorporating the amendments that I specify.

While other provincial governments are not presenting surplus budgets, offering a surplus from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's funds serves only to benefit the illegitimate federal government. I will not allow the people of KP to be harmed under any circumstances.

In these difficult times, when mainstream media has either been gagged or bought out, I commend the role of social media for continuing to raise the voice of truth. It is thanks to social media that the voice of the people remains alive.”
