If you're foreigner living in the Netherlands do not, I repeat do not try to speak Dutch while trying to do something related with business. Just ask them to speak English to you. If you try to speak Dutch, no matter how good, they will know you're a foreigner and they'll walk over you, while by speaking English they lose their edge.
