Using GPT-5.6 in #Codex directly, with only agentmemory and codegraph, reclaiming a 10+yrs IP camera whose vendor support is gone: mapping CVEs, planning fixes, monitoring over UART and safely iterating firmware via TFTP.
This became a 15-day continuous sprint, and it is still going.
GPT-5.5 peaked at about 9B tokens/day, while GPT-5.6 Sol Ultra reached about 15B. No external agent harness: just Codex, agentmemory, codegraph, and a physical device kept recoverable through UART and TFTP.
