@amazonIN hy amazon, bring a prime member i regret to inform that u hav a worst customer n delivery service. This is 2nd time happening my order is cancelled consecutively without reason after complaining for 3 days in a row. Kindly resolve or will seek consumer court help
@AmazonHelp M not so dumb not to know this. The pickup is done 3 days back and yet the status is not been updated nor the refund is been processed. Kindly look asap or will have to file a case because we are literally been harassed by your support team regarding follow up

I never had such a bad experience of shopping on amazon. No customer care person is responding. We are been harassed for the refund even after the product being picked up. We have all the mails n msgs still the support team is denying. Plz look into.
Had the worst experience with @NetMeds .
It was my first order. They are treating it like a amazon/flipcart delivery.
It was promised that meds will be delivered next day and its been 3 days i have been following up n the staff is so careless that don’t even bother to callback.
@pradeepdadha being a CEO m sorry to inform you that you have the worst staff ever to respond to the issues that too when its a medical emergency. Would request you to just shut down as the app is not capable of delivering the meds which is literally at one hour distance.
Now the delivery is shifted to more 2 days ahead. This is their resolution to the issue.
They cannot deliver basic meds on time then such apps are not worth.
Request all to plz retweet as much possible to save people who are in need of urgent meds have to rely on such waste apps.
