Freedom of mobility (at any age) comes from proximity to destinations.
And proximity to destinations depends largely on the density and distribution of homes, shops, schools, workplaces, parks, and services.
HE DONATED SIX ORGANS AFTER HAMAS KILLED HIM
Honor this Israeli Hero 🇮🇱🫡
His name was Alemnew "Al" Feleke (22) and he was killed by Hamas while fighting the war in December 2023.
Though he was from Ethiopia, he fought for Israel as hard as any native soldier would.
“You always said you would die protecting this homeland,” Al's brother said at his funeral, according to Times of Israel.
According to Ynet, six of his organs went to good homes after his death.
Alemnew's heart and lungs went to one person; while his liver was donated to a 53yo woman; one of his kidneys and his pancreas were transplanted into a 45yo woman and his other kidney went to a 58yo.
In Ethiopia, Alemnew's name means "I have seen the world" in their native language.
May Alemnew's memory be a blessing 🎗️
@GlobalEnchilada Walmart has never been a pleasant shopping experience.
I get groceries from Kroger, which funnily enough is cheaper'n WM. Other stuff I get online (mostly Amazon, Depop, & eBay) or from flea markets/garage sales, Academy or Dick's, etc.
We really need to address the fact that our most coveted universities are giving their seats to ingrates who hate their country and are radical communists It's not a handful of disruptors causing a problem. It seems like at least half the students are boycotting.
He has been in America for less than four years, and he is already emerged as a leader in disruptive campus riots. Just imagine what he’d be capable of if he were a full citizen.
Mahmoud Khalil is not here to contribute to American society, he is part of a broader effort to infiltrate and undermine it from within.
His activism aligns with Islamic extremist movements fundamentally opposed to Western values and sympathetic to terrorist groups.
He is not building America up; he is working to tear it down.
On October 7th, the people of Gaza kidnapped and murdered people from 52(!) nationalities.
The world has chosen to stand with the perpetrators rather than with the victims.
@nobodyknows2322 Goodness me. I'm semi-nocturnal... that'd drive me bonkers. I count on Kroger, Williams/Lisa's Chicken (depending on what side of the Metroplex I'm on at a given time), etc being open 'til 2200/later. Here I am complaining that Kroger closes at 2300 now when it used to be 0100!
@zorrozoaga@CalMEurofan It's a photo of consequences, just like Dresden, Atlanta, Novi Sad, Charleston, Columbia, Tokyo, & Rome received. The question is still valid, 'cause you're caping for j-hadists who consider that lifestyle a death-penalty offense.
Nice try, though.

@ProfDBernstein Yeeting that argument into the garbage is as easy as posting pics of the destruction of Columbia, Atlanta, Novi Sad, Berlin, Dresden, Tokyo, etc & asking "so are these 'g3n0cIdEs' too? 🤔"
@GlobalEnchilada@sonehabriot Been watching my brother in my Discord play thru the Mafia series... ~Lort Hammercy~ I had no idea there were soooooo many slurs out there throughout just the last century 🤣
@nobodyknows2322@MichaelWatsonDC Funny this topic comes up. Been watching a homie in my Discord play thru Mafia 3. 1960s fictionalized Southern Louisiana. Black protagonist. Do the math. 😬
The rampages he goes on against the (obviously) many violent white supremacists, we took to calling "Sherman 2.0". 🤣
The Lisa's Chicken & Seafood on North Riverside Drive. Local Fort Worth/suburbs chain. The chicken & catfish are both great.
The Fort Worth Botanic Garden & Dallas Arboretum are both excellent & beautiful. Bring plenty of water & be prepared for the heat though, even on days with on-off rain/storms. (Oh yeah, don't forget the rain gear either. It can rain & even hail here without much warning at all in the summer.)
Look up Tandy Hills Natural Area on Facebook & talk to them about any events while you're in the area. Otherwise, simply great hiking & more natural beauty. Daytime only though ❗💀 The Meadowbrook district is rough.
Keep your wits about you day or night anywhere & try to keep a burner phone hidden on you to dial 911. Dallas is cool & even Fort Worth's got diamonds in that cow pile, food's great, but this ain't high-trust society like your home country. Just being realistic.
If you wanna use transit, know your zone system here. Dallas County & Southern Collin is DART, Tarrant County is Trinity Metro, Denton County is DCTA. If you're crossing any of them systems get a regional, not a local pass.
This is my favorite argument.
In Hiroshima, roughly 140k people died due to the nuclear bomb out of 350k. That’s 40% of the city.
In Nagasaki, 80k people died out of 263k. That’s 30% of the city.
In Gaza, 73k people have died (according to GHM) out of 2.3 million. That’s about 3% of the population. A substantial percentage of that are terrorists.
So Israel has dropped an amount of bombs on Gaza that exceeds the power of the nuclear bombs we dropped on Japan and yet the death toll is far lower both proportionally and on a raw numbers basis.
How is that possible if Israel is committing genocide? Maybe it’s because they’re not.
