@Lenskart_com Hmm, you have not mentioned such thing on site itself. At least update FAQ. And stop selling it from EU website if that's the policy, as per policy YOU have to pay custom charges, not customer. I have already asked for return.
@danMoris@Lenskart_com Yeah totally, its understood that if I bought from their Indian website and I take care of custom, but having a EU portal and letting customers realise at very end is considered scam. As they have only selected range for EU and pricey in terms of what they delivers
@Lenskart_com Do you guys pay duty upfront for international deliveries? Seems not as I just received text from DHL that its pending. I will pay, but making this clear upfront will be that extra mile to customer happiness. Especially if this ordered from EU website itself.
