I don't mean to be a complainer or just highlight what's bad about it. Maybe my idea sucks so hard that it's not worth investor's time lol.
But at the same time, I can't help but feel this process could be a whole lot better for founders out there, and less frustrating.
Have been looking for investment for my startup for a few weeks now. Think I'm gonna make it a daily journal here on Twitter. Some of the stuff I'm observing:
Applying for funding or requesting funding is exactly like the broken HR process of applying to jobs nowadays.
Nobody replies you, and you don't even know if they've seen your pitch or your idea.
If they look at it and for some reason don't like it, they won't tell you why either.
If they look at it and find it genius, they have the funds to execute it and you don't.
Not sure how to explore #web3 as a marketer? Then just go back to the basics.
The marketing fundamentals never fail and many marketers already are missing out on them - and therefore, failing.
