Nothing illegal or unethically took place at the Iggy party and if you have a problem with anything that happened, go work on Wall Street or in Silicon Valley where I promise you the shit that goes on behind closed doors is 10x worse.

Last time I checked, a guy named Dave Portnoy took down the entire sports media industry by being unapologetically himself and having fun while doing it. The man is the definition of a degenerate but also one of the most generous, genuine people on the face of this earth.

We want crypto and web3 to “make it” so bad but we are too busy tearing each other down and I’m sick of it.

This is why @basedd exists. I’m done with the bullshit. It’s time to create something, a platform, that calls people out (the truth) and doesn’t give a fuck. We are here to sink the ship of every scammer, gossiper, hater, and piece of shit in this industry.

I love the Solana ecosystem, the community, and all the core contributors.

me and @SolJakey talk about 3 things that kill startups daily:

1) running out of money/mis-management of funds.

2) being stuck in your own ways/stubborn founder or leadership.. aka the resistance to pivot and blowing all the companies funds trying to prove your idea or meta will work. It never works. The ability to know when you’re wrong, admit it, and change direction or course is a super power.

3) not being playing dangerous/not taking risks. “Fortune favors the bold”… but be strategic here.

At the end of the day, the startup game is very similar to a game of poker. You must always count your chips and the only goal is to stack your chips as high as possible.
You must be patient and wait for the right hand while having the risk tolerance to go all-in when the time is right and you know you have the nuts.
